I know I see that ALOT the entire halloween event. As well as I saw "Is Mad King here yet?" and "When does he come next?" and..... my faveorite.. Nov. 1 "When is mad king coming again?"

Soooooooooo I guess my vote is more for a clock that says "X hours X minutes until Mad King arrives next" When you enter Lion's Arch or Kamadan
There might be huge pink timer in the middle of screen and people will still ask this... Never underestimate the stupidity of GW population.

I remember in another thread someone suggested that when you type /time it would give you "Server Time-1:00 Your time-2:00" or something like that.

I'd really like that option so I can better organize times to do stuff with people.

A /time command could come in handy.

The "You have been in this area for X time" line should be moved to that command's output too.

Personally, I'd prefer one little message box when I enter a main town that I can easily just exit than 100 districts all filled with people all asking the exact same question.

Best solution yet: Turn off all chat and just do some serious mathematics like +3 or maybe even, God forbid, +8.
The person saying they were the same thing may care.
And I would rather a /time command so people can stop asking the same question AND so I dont have to see a popup everytime I enter a new district or town.

cough, first of all, emote is short for emotion, which is an action from a player to game. /drums, rank, gutiar, sit, helpme, goteam are emotes because your character is showing an emotion

/favor ,/resign, /ragequit. /slitwrists, /age, /help are not emote, they are commands inwhich command the game to do something

so ill take something from your own quote, theres always some numbnuts who talks without knowing what he is talking about.

but no, this is unsigned, stop being lazy and use a clock and some basic math

it sounds like a slighty useful emote, but it isn't hard to convert time across timezones. if u dont know the relation of pacfic time to ur own timezone by now, i dont know what to say.

Problems occur when daylight savings kicks in (or out). When DST ends in central Europe, clocks retreat from 03:00 CEST to 02:00 CET. Other regions switch at different times. So converting PST to the GMT +1 (as for me) tends to differ one week to another.

An ingame clock or /time command would facilitate this greatly.
